  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • ½ cup boiled falooda sev (vermicelli)
  • 2 tbsp sabja seeds (basil seeds)
  • 2–3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • Jelly cubes (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Step 1: Soak sabja seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell.

Step 2: Boil falooda sev, drain, and rinse with cold water.

Step 3: In a tall glass, add soaked sabja seeds at the bottom.
