1 liter full cream milk
½ cup vermicelli (seviyan)
8–10 dates (chopped)
2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
10–12 almonds (sliced)
10–12 cashews
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp ghee
3–4 cardamom pods
Few saffron strands (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan and roast vermicelli until golden brown.
